These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the joinvitl.com website and the VITL 3-Week AI Nutrition Coaching Program (together, the "Service"), operated by Zerogym369 Co., Ltd. ("VITL", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is — and isn't

VITL is a wellness and healthy-habits coaching program. It provides AI-generated feedback and educational guidance on your meals and eating habits.

VITL is not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a physician, registered dietitian, or other healthcare professional. Always consult your physician before changing your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Service.

3. Purchase and billing

• The program is a one-time purchase of $297 (USD). It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
• If you choose the optional payment plan, you authorize 3 monthly payments of $109 ($327 total). The plan ends automatically after the third payment — nothing continues to charge your card.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars.
• Any optional continuing service offered after the program will be presented separately, with its own terms and its own explicit consent — enrollment is never automatic.

4. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every purchase is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, described in the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

5. Your account and conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your access credentials to yourself, and use the Service only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute program content.

6. Intellectual property

All program content — coaching text, guides, reports, and materials — is owned by or licensed to Zerogym369 Co., Ltd. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own program participation.

7. Results disclaimer

Individual results vary. We make no promise of any specific outcome, including any specific amount or rate of weight change. The Service supports healthy habits; what you achieve depends on many factors individual to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information on this website. In-app notices govern data collected in the coaching application.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its "Last updated" date, applies to your use. Material changes will be communicated by email to active participants.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@joinvitl.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally — most issues are resolved this way within days.
