How to request a refund

Email us at support@joinvitl.com from the email address you used at checkout and tell us you'd like a refund. That's it — no forms, no phone calls, and no questions you have to justify.

What happens next

• We confirm your refund by email, normally within 2 business days.
• The refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically appears within 5–10 business days.
• Your program access ends when the refund is issued.

Payment plans

If you chose the 3-payment plan, requesting a refund within the 60-day window cancels all remaining payments and refunds every installment you have already paid.
